- Vertex, BR Systems and Ajax Detection ship from abroad. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees or duties.
- Please inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged, email photos to support@modernmetaldetectors.com and we will process an insurance claim.
- Orders canceled after payment have a non-refundable 2.9% card processing fee. Returns have a 15% restocking fee (25% for Schonstedt).
