What a game changer! This Manticore is a lot of fun to use it not only gives excellent signals but also lets you see what’s hiding underground.
I now have the M9 coil and now it’s even lighter!
I was intimidated by all the settings before I purchased but now I can see that it isn’t hard at all to customize the settings.
Going to the beach for a week - we’ll see what treasure comes up.

I made a big mistake buying a Motley Digger around Christmas. I'm sorry to say but the blade is kinda to big and flat for Forrest digging. It bent the second time I used it right in the center, there's to many holes drilled to make it light that it's strength isn't there, any prying up a stubborn plug , rock, or root the handle bends like a cheap butter knife. I'd appreciate if they'd simply let me return the piece of junk. I would advise any serious detectorist NOT to buy the Motley Forrest fox, it is junk! Maybe a cool looking flashy beach sand shovel but NOT a dirt digging shovel!

Love it. It is much lighter than the 12 inch coil. I recently had shoulder surgery and the lighter weight has made a big difference. Would certainly recommend it.

I have owned 3 other detectors and the minelab 800 is the best. I’ve gone over areas that I’ve searched recently and I’m finding coins that I missed With other detectors you won’t be disappointed with this detector

These are just what I have needed. If i had one critique, it would be for the feet to have the ability to swivel. Other than that, perfect.
