Still getting used to it and learning it. Very different animal than the other coils. The extra depth is there. So is that wide spread. Finding new targets in old hunting grounds! Glad I purchased it and would definitely do so again!!

Everything in we see in the videos is true. This cool kinda changes everything. The extra depth is evident almost immediately. I used it first in my most familiar hunting ground—-my front yard. This is a place where I can’t find signals—I’ve spent a lot of time going out of my to get every single scrap out of the ground. With this coil I have new targets everywhere.

It will take some more time to get used to the wide spread and get better zeroing in and pinpointing. But such POWER!!!!!!!

Time to revisit all old hunting grounds to find new things!!!

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but very excited to give it a try since carrying a scuba tank on my back after 5 spinal surgeries is out of the question. So far I like what I see and have heard about this system and it should be perfect for my intended use of just off shore shallow diving. I bought the dual package so my grandson can take a cert class and then join me diving for some easy stuff on our Maui trips yearly. I like the convenience of the backpack, the light weight and that you can fly with it.

Detecting for a number of years. Always find items but never any real prizes. Now I can’t blame the equipment.
Pretty steep learning curve to use all the features. So far after several trips to the field mostly to train myself I really like the machine. I’m just scratching the surface.

The GM2K came soon after I got a notice from Minelab that they were back in stock. I tested it with some nuggets I had on hand and It was working fine. I live in Utah and there's no real place to use it for a test, but planning a trip soon.
